Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gems Laden. We strive to make your experience delightful. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully.

1. RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7 working day return policy, allowing you to request a return for store credit within 7 working days after receiving your item.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, ensure your item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be issued in the form of a credit note, valid for one year.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact us at info@gemsladen.com. Once accepted, ship the product back to us within 7 working days. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process: To process a return/exchange, follow these steps:

  • Package items (including the invoice) and address them to: Gems Laden store, SP Villas Township , Kanadiya Bypass , Indore, MP -452001, INDIA.

  • Ensure all items for return/exchange are unworn, in original condition with tags, and packaging intact. Damaged items without tags may not be accepted.

  • Email us at info@gemsladen.com with images of the products, packaging, and tags to schedule a return pick-up.

Important Notes:

  • Our courier partner will pick up your package at no extra cost within 7-10 business days (excluding Sunday).
  • Pickup will be done once. If canceled by the customer, an additional charge will be levied for reinitiating pickup.

2. WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on personalized name products. If your product fades within this period, we will replace it free of charge. Contact our customer service at info@gemsladen.com

3. EXCHANGES

You can exchange items purchased on www.gemsladen.com subject to stock availability. Reverse logistic charges/pick-up charges of Rs 150 will be borne by the customer.

4. HOW TO PLACE A RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

  • Visit the ‘My Account’ tab on the website and select ‘My Orders.’
  • Place the return/exchange request for the respective order.
  • Fill up necessary details and submit the request.
  • A confirmation email/message will be sent once the request is approved.

5. REFUND POLICY

  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For COD/prepaid orders, once delivered, any change in decision cannot refund the amount but can be exchanged or converted into store credit.

6. SHIPMENT POLICY

  • Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding national holidays).
  • Contact us at info@gemsladen.com if your order is not processed.
  • Zero shipping charges are applied, regardless of the cart value.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only until they are shipped.
  • Post-shipping cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refunds for refused orders (prepaid) will be processed 3-7 working days after the order reaches back to the source.
  • For sale orders or orders with a coupon code, store credit will be provided.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
